A Salon Owner must create a Personal Account to create and manage their listings. The creation of the first listing automatically establishes a Personal Account for the Salon Owner.
Personal Account: The space created by every Salon Owner on the Rated Nails platform, accessed from the Website, where they can disseminate, manage, and view their listings.
Rated Nails: Refers to the company that publishes and operates the Rated Nails platform.
Customer Service: The department at Rated Nails from which the Salon Owner may obtain further information. This service can be contacted via email by clicking the contact link on the Website.
Rated Nails Service: The services provided by Rated Nails to Users and Salon Owners on the Website.
Website: The Rated Nails website, accessed mainly from the URL https://www.ratednails.com/, allowing Users and Salon Owners to access the Service via the internet.
User: Any visitor with access to the Rated Nails Service via the Website.
Subject:
These Terms and Conditions Of Use establish the contractual conditions applicable to any subscription by a Salon Owner connected to its Personal Account from the Website.
Acceptance:
Any use of the website by a Salon Owner constitutes full acceptance of the current Terms.
Listing Fees:
While basic listing services are provided to view, Rated Nails may offer premium features or enhanced visibility options for listings for a fee. By selecting such premium options, Salon Owners agree to pay the applicable fees as stated on the Website. Payments will be processed securely through the third party platforms.
Responsibility:
Rated Nails cannot be held liable for non-performance or improper performance beyond its control, whether due to the Salon Owner or a case of force majeure.
Modification of these terms:
Rated Nails reserves the right, at any time, to modify all or part of the Terms and Conditions. Salon Owners are advised to regularly review the Terms for any changes.
Miscellaneous:
If any part of the Terms is found to be invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the provisions in question will be deemed unwritten, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
